The Anti-Narcotics Cell of St. Thomas College, Palai, organized a powerful campaign titled “Say Yes to Life, Say No to Drugs” to create awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to inspire students to lead a life of positivity and purpose. Role of Healthy Minds
The campaign featured Mrs. Remya Elizabeth Kurian, an expert psychologist and the founder of Healthy Minds Palai, as the keynote speaker. Drawing from her 16 years of experience in mental health, she highlighted the psychological and societal impacts of substance abuse. Mrs. Kurian emphasized the importance of mental well-being and shared practical strategies for building emotional resilience and fostering a drug-free lifestyle.
